GENERAL
All works can be used for streaming/public platforms. For merchandise purposes, please be sure to fill out the request form accordingly, as there is a fee!
I reserve the rights to deny your commission if I am not comfortable with it or if I feel that I don’t have the capacity/ability to complete it.

After confirming the order, I will invoice you 50% of the total fee. I can only begin work on your commission once the first payment has been made.Refunds/chargebacks are not accepted once the work on your commission has begun.Restricted Refund: If the project has been completed and cancellation is requested, 100% of the payment will be retained and the finished product will still be delivered to the customer.REVISIONS
3 revisions are allowed during the commission process. After the allotted amount, any revision will cost an additional $5!*I encourage everyone to send as many references and detailed descriptions as you feel comfortable, there is never too many! It helps me to ensure I can bring your vision to life to the best of my ability, and to make sure I can get your commission to you with as minimal delays as possible.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Time estimations are subject to change based on complexity and availability, but will always be discussed with the client should time variations occur.
Illustration commissions can take 2-6 weeks.Reference sheet/ design commissions can take 8-12 weeks.Logo commissions can take 1-3 weeks.YCHs will have estimated time in descriptions.USE & COPYRIGHTS
Commissioned work is always free to use for personal use (i.e. profile pictures, posting on socials, etc.)All commercial projects will have a minimum of x2 additional fee.Usage of my work for NFT or AI art generation/learning is strictly forbidden.COMMUNICATION
Ongoing communication and discussion will occur throughout the project, including work in progress, idea generation and collaboration, situational updates, and more.Communication channels will take place through VGen, unless you would like to request elsewhere.For YCHs & "Surprise Me," also known as SKEB commissions, there is zero to minimal communication. Therefore little will be offered for these.If the client has made a mistake in the request form, they are free to direct message me for any urgent changes!Thank you so so much for having an interest in my art!
